Pearson Quality Homes Limited

Pearson Quality Homes Limited is a private limited company based in the North West of England. The Company was formed in 2018 with the sole purpose of acquiring small development sites in the Lancashire area for the building of bespoke quality residential properties. We intend to acquire sites that will accommodate somewhere between one and six detached properties, which will typically have four or five bedrooms, the majority of which will have en-suite bathrooms. Our aim is to build properties that are individually designed with character, on building plots in prime locations that are of sufficient size in keeping with the design of the property.
