Pebble Life Science is pioneering a new generation of safe, effective cancer therapies by combining synergistic natural small molecules and novel proteins into first-in-class oncology drugs. Our dry-powder, non-toxic formulations are designed to outperform current standard-of-care regimens – without the life-limiting side effects that often accompany them. Most of today’s mainstay cancer treatments are immune-suppressive, prohibitively expensive, and cause toxicities that restrict both dosing and quality of life. Pebble represents a paradigm shift: our candidates address these limitations through multi-modal mechanisms of action, including tumor cytotoxicity, inhibition of cell proliferation, and immune modulation. Synergistic efficacy has been demonstrated using combinations of single-agent natural product isolates. When paired with chemotherapy, PARP inhibitors, radiotherapy, or immunotherapy, these agents have shown promise – without observed toxicity. Later-stage testing is expected to confirm both reduced toxicities and improved efficacy compared to current standard treatments. Our compounds are non-psychotropic, unscheduled, shelf-stable, and cost-effective to manufacture and administer – enabling scalable deployment across global markets.
