Pebercan Inc

Pebercan Inc.(Pebercan) is engaged in the exploration, development and exploitation of oil reserves in Republic of Cuba. The company’s subsidiaries include Peberco Limited and Pebermat Limited. Peberco holds oil and gas exploration and operation rights to the Canasi, Seboruco and Santa Cruz concessions located in the Republic of Cuba. Pebercan holds a majority interest of 60% in Canasi, and of 55% in both Seboruco and Santa Cruz. Pebercan sells its entire production to the Cuban government. In 2009, the company announced to cease its commercial operations, and the production sharing contract of Cubapetroleo S.A. and company’s subsidiary Peberco Limited was terminated. The company is headquartered in Quebec, Canada.
