We are an award winning mountain Bike Training Company, predominantly based in North Wales. We have trained mountain bike guides all over the world, one of the highlights being training the first female mountain bike guides in Nepal. We are the official training providers at both Coed y Brenin and Antur Stiniog where we deliver lessons and coaching to help people master the basics, build confidence and progress, irrespective of where they start from. We have vest experience in delivering transformational leadership and resilience training and our skills and knowledge have been used to develop and strengthen the leadership knowledge in British Cycling's suite of mountain bike leadership awards. Our corporate sessions range from looking at how pressures change individual's behaviours through to a rolling picnic in beautiful surroundings, giving groups the opportunities to talk and build strong relationships.
