PedramFlow is a strategic architecture and thinking framework founded by Mohsen Pedram. We design an independent governance layer for national digital finance – enabling central banks and governments to modernize value streams without relinquishing control.Our work is the difference between technology adoption and ownership of the architecture of power. ARZIN’s governance infrastructure is engineered from the PedramFlow framework architecture and developed by Soha Tejarat Rayaneh: a governance-level interoperability rail that integrates CBDCs, traditional banking, and cross-border payments into a single, visible, and policy-driven ecosystem. We partner with governance institutions to transform financial infrastructure from a cost center to a strategic asset.
