Pedro Mandinga Rum Bars evoke Latin America’s Caribbean. We think of ourselves as “Panamanian ambassadors” bringing a unique experience to your city, through our craft rum, coffee, chocolate, cigars, Latin cuisine, artisanal cocktails and salsa music. Our rum is made from raspadura, a condensed pure sugar cane juice, that is produced on a family farm at the foot of Volcano Barú in Chiriquí, Panamá, 30 kilometers from the Costa Rican border. Valuing customer service, we provide guidance, manuals and hands-on training; in order to achieve rum bars where guests enjoy a memorable experience by sipping an extraordinary rum, while listening to salsa music.
