Peer Support Community Partners (PSCP) offers tailored grief support programs for individuals, families, and organizations coping with loss, focusing on conditions such as deaths from substance use, suicide, accidents, and other devastating circumstances. PSCP's mission is to advance peer support as a recognized field of practice and improve the culture of grief support across the U.S. Our programs emphasize person-centered care, trauma-informed practices, and community building to ensure no one feels isolated in their grief. PSCP provides customized grief support models, including one-on-one, group, and hybrid formats, for individuals, families, and organizations. Our training programs, designed around resilience, healing, and self-care, help peer helpers, bereaved individuals, and service providers navigate grief while avoiding re-traumatization. PSCP also offers support for organizations, including guidance for leaders and staff, ensuring holistic, compassionate care at every level of the healing process.
