HMO / House Share management for them is an alien concept. They didn’t understand the regulations, and the hands on management required. As a result they either didn’t offer HMO / house share management, or charged high fees but didn’t have the high level of service you would expect. Enter Pegasus Property. We thought this was unacceptable, and took all of the weaknesses of other local agencies, such as poor communication, poor customer services, ridiculous hidden costs and a feeling of mistrust and we turned these into our strengths / selling points.
