Founded in 2015, The Pehtrah Development Foundation seeks to empower African children in reaching their full potential and in achieving their dreams. We have a strong vision for the future of the continent firmly rooted in our belief that each child holds a key to its economic and social transformation. To this end, we are committed to supporting the African child in a bid to realize this future. Taking cognizance of the adverse effects of corruption, war, disease and poverty on children in Africa; our multi–sector initiatives and programs aim to ensure that each child has a fair shot at reaching their full potential, regardless of their circumstance. Collaboration The organizations’ flagship initiative is the Pehtrah Empowerment Fund that provided micro-credit financing to poor women and is now morphed into a social business called Argon Financials seeking to build an ecosystem that will provide full fledged financial services to low income women.
