Pejeperro Films arises in 2015 from an interdisciplinary proposal. They have obtained several recognitions with "BAJO SOSPECHA"(2021), XLab Coproduction Meeting Selection, FECICH 2019 Screenplay Laboratory, Lebu Lab, Mapulab (FicWallmapu), 2020 Workshop; and winner of VII Santiago Lab of SANFIC and Buenos Aires DocLab of FIDBA 2019;"PERRO BOMBA"(2019) BoliviaLab Award, 50º FICVIÑA, 33º FICG, and Goes to Cannes; FEISAL FICG Award, Best Ibero-American Film, Best Actor and Audience Award at the Malaga Film Festival, Best Actor at the Cinélatino Festival in Toulouse, OneFuturePrize Film Fest Munich, Audience Award and Best Director at the 47th Gramado Film Festival, 32nd FICVIÑA (Audience Award), Sydney Latino (Audience Award), La Plata Latino (Best Film), Havana (Casa de las Americas Award and Roque Dalton Award), among others;"CUERPO DESCENTRADO"(2019) 15th FECIR Selection, Best International Videodance, 32nd FICVIÑA, 2nd Ñuble National Film Festival, 7th La Paz International Film Festival, 10th Pune Short Film Festival 2020, India, 7th Intermediations, Video Art and Experimental Film Festival, Colombia; and "KRUDO WEBSERIE"(2015) Melbourne Web Fest Selection, People's Choice Award, Rio Web Fest, Roma Web Fest and Graba, Mendoza Audiovisual Festival. Their research is a window to initiatives with socio-cultural and exploratory concerns through film, media arts and new technologies, highlighting "ESCAFANDRA"(2022) Video installation, selected in Taller Nuevos Medios New Frontier Sundance Film Institute, dictated by Rose Troche;"LOCATION"(2015), 3rd Place Video Installation, Matilde Pérez Competition, Art and digital technologies; and "AGUAS DURMIENTES"(2019) performance directed by Cheril Linett, Yeguada Latinoamericana, PROJECCIONES II selection: UNDER THE SEA; innovating from media art and contemporary cinematography.
