Welcome to Pelham Architects Pelham Architects specialise in the design and project management of affordable, energy efficient housing. We are proud to be part of Nottingham Community Housing Association and work for a variety of clients across the East Midlands and beyond. We work closely with our clients and the local community in which we are working, to ensure that the finished project meets the agreed timescale, budget and aspirations of everyone involved. We aim to promote quality in design through concepts like, ‘Building for Life’ and proven urban design principles, as illustrated in the ‘Urban Design Compendium’. We aim to deliver environmental sustainability by using our expertise to promote a fabric first approach, conserving energy use and reducing fuel bills for the end user. We aim to deliver affordable products by creatively maximising density, continually reappraising feasibility studies, costs and using a range of contractors to tender for work.
