PELICAN NATIONAL CONTRACTING (DBA Pelican Residences LLC) HOW DID IT START After hanging up his uniform, serving 26 illustrious years in the Navy, our founder started Pelican Residences in 2014. In a short time of 2 years, we spread to 9 States with annual revenue of $5 million with about 40 support staff. OUR MANTRA FOR SUCCESS Our strong foundation of discipline and strong work ethics is built on the military ethos and clockwork efficiency to meet client requirement. The processes around quality control standards have been meticulously created in order to deliver the highest quality service. In 2023, we forayed into Federal Contracts. The core team for this venture were people from diverse career backgrounds. In a short time of few months, our team won and executed 11 contracts. The experience of our founder having handled high tech modernisation projects for the Navy coupled with in-depth knowledge of government functioning and procurement processes was the key factor for success. OUR REACH We have the capacity to execute and manage tasks across the nation. Our first 11 contracts were in 11 different states and all were flawlessly executed. We have a 24x7x365 operations team which are always available to help any of our clients. The company has been built with a streamlined command and control structure and 360-degree communication flow with the help of cloud- based software so that there is complete visibility at all times between all teams. This management software has helped our employees to be on top of their game in any situation.
