Analyze case objectively and avoid assumptions that hinder ability to derive factual conclusions. Locate interview defendants, respondents, witnesses, other parties. Create defense indexes (discovery, witness, image, video, audio) and draft memos, reports, timelines, storyboards, diagrams, video presentations, declarations w/ exhibits. Draft and serve criminal, civil, admin. SubDTs, summons, restraining orders, eviction notices, and file legal documents w/ courts. Utilize public and private databases to research, locate, surveil respondents, witnesses, other relevant parties. Comprehensive data mining compiling psycho-social history to help mitigate penalty phase. Coordinate w/ physicians, psychologists, and other experts to examine evidence and clients in custody. Review and interpret psych. evaluations by experts and advise attorneys as to evaluations and testimony. Provide effective testimony in criminal, civil, and administrative court proceedings.
