Pelican Solicitors is a sole practitioner law firm established by lawyer Charlotte Prinsloo, in 2015. Charlotte qualified as a lawyer in 2003 in South Africa and again in 2011 in New South Wales. Altogether Charlotte has 27 years of training and experience in law. Charlotte has wide-ranging civil law experience. Pelican Solicitors focuses on conveyancing, wills and estates, elder law and the cross over of these areas with family law. Our clients are individuals in the north Shoalhaven or who are moving to the area and are seeking assistance with property sales or purchases, managing the property of deceased family members, or who need a will and/or estate planning advice. Pelican Solicitors has managed many millions of dollars of property transactions and estates over the years and has many loyal clients in the Shoalhaven. We aim for friendly, informative and honest service that is highly responsive to client queries and delivers on time.
