Founded in 1995, started activities taking advantage of a market flaw left by the closing of the SEPSA big metallurgic company. Taking advantage of the historic company large space of 32600m2, key expert technicians and engineers, PEMEL secure their position in the market. In 2006, to keep the quick grown, PEMEL group was created. The aim was to optimize the use of facilities, equipment and people to have a bigger and quicker reply to the global market. In 2019 PEMEL group was bought by Omatapalo group and with this, the company starts a new fresh start.
