Penn Jet Propulsion
The Penn Jet Propulsion Team (PJP) is the newest sub-team of Penn Aerospace Club. It was established in August 2020 with an objective to create a working jet engine using machining capabilities available at Penn. Currently 21 members strong, PJP recruits from a variety of backgrounds in the School of Engineering and Applied Science, The Wharton School, and the College of Arts and Sciences to create a diverse, cross-disciplinary team. Through the construction of a jet engine, PJP endeavors to provide its members with an unparalleled experience to apply classroom skills in a real-world environment.
