Penn Student Agencies

Penn Student Agencies (PSA) is a collection of student-run businesses at the University of Pennsylvania. PSA’s portfolio includes the operations of firstServices laundry and water deliveries, Williams Cafe, and The Record Yearbook. PSA's mission is to enable transferable skills and business management to Penn students by providing hands-on entrepreneurial experience, so that these students can be competitive in the job market and prepared for their post-graduation pursuits. The vision of Penn Student Agencies is to remain a relevant resource to Penn students by reconstructing hands-on learning opportunities to account for the new and ever-changing skills that employers will be looking for in applicants, as well as provide innovative products and services that will meet the evolving needs of its consumers.
