The Pennsylvania-Delaware Affordable Housing Management Association serves as an educational resource, fosters strategic relationships, and recognizes those who exemplify the best in affordable housing. The mission of PennDel AHMA is to support the National Affordable Housing Management Association’s efforts as we promote the development and preservation of decent and safe affordable housing. NAHMA is the leading voice for affordable housing, advocating on behalf of multifamily property managers and owners whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing. PennDel AHMA is a non-profit corporation formed in 2003 by several interested management agents and owners. It is recognized by representatives of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Philadelphia Office, the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), and the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA).
