Pension & Co is a cross border, multi employer Belgian pension fund (IORP). Pension & Co offers a solution for all organizations interested in the benefits of a pension fund, but for whom a proper autonomous OFP is not feasible. The design of Pension & Co allows an organization to organize tailored made benefit schemes and to keep separate ring fenced assets. Benefit schemes can be of the type of defined contribution and/or defined benefit. Belgium is a prime location for pan-european pension funds, as the Belgian prudential framework sets qualitative rules and grants flexibility in the investment strategy, whereas the legal structure enjoys a favorable tax regime, both for direct and indirect taxes.
