Pentadam is a design and build-group, offering a comprehensive suite of services that seamlessly integrates both design and build of architecture and interior disciplines. Established in 2018, the group initially focused on building renovations and interiors. Soon after, it identified a significant gap in the market where the industry often overlooked the crucial consideration of aligning building planning with their intended purposes and interior utilization. This oversight resulted in subsequent remodelling and renovation of projects that could have been prevented through meticulous initial planning. Considering this insight, the group broadened its scope and strengthened its team to deliver a complete spectrum of services, spanning the design and build of architecture, landscape, interiors, and renovations. The group’s focus is to embark on projects where design and building implementation are offered as a cohesive package. This integrated approach ensures that buildings are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, innovative, and architecturally appealing. Since its establishment, Pentadam has effectively attracted and retained prospective clients, including notable entities like the compounds of Garden City and Sulaymaniyah Heights, Halabja Group, Qaiwan Group, City Star, Family Mall as well as other private clients and individuals in the field seeking to design their commercial and residential buildings.
