Penton Partners is a Warsaw/NYC based private equity investment firm, primarily making control investments in industry-leading medium-sized Polish companies (Revenue $10-50M, Enterprise Value $15-75M), that are well positioned to take advantage of Poland’s strong industrial base, highly skilled labor, low production costs, booming domestic market and strategic location for serving the EU, CEE and CIS. Our partners played pivotal roles during Poland’s transition from communism to capitalism, managing Poland’s Mass Privatization Program National Investment Funds, investing for the EBRD and the country’s most successful private equity funds, and sitting on the boards of dozens of private and public Polish companies. Penton Partners was founded in 2002 to continue building businesses, generating superior returns for investors and fostering transition through a nimbler platform that allows for deeper relationships with our portfolio company partners and more efficient management.
