THE BUSINESS 1.1 Background Pachedu Trading CC t/a People Dynamic was established in February 2009 with a focus on assisting its select clients in the identification and recruitment of scarce technical talent. The company services the Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Banking and Engineering sectors as well as SOEs, Government Departments and Non-governmental organisations. As part of its value added services the company offered its clients non- accredited training services.
