I work in partnership with you to understand your needs – the role, your company values, your industry – then find the right person who will add long-term value to your business. Services: Full recruitment service: Management of the entire recruitment process for you, from creating the job advert to headhunting, to conducting the final-stage interviews Shortlisting service: Comprising advert creation, applicant screening and creation of shortlist of candidates ready for interview Training for successful recruitment: One-to-one or group training on how to achieve the best out of the recruitment process Career advisor and mentoring: Advice and guidance on updating your CV, interview skills, changing careers or returning to work after a career break I’m not going to guarantee that I can immediately fill a role but I can guarantee that I will save you your time.
