We introduce ourselves as HR practitioners well experienced and qualified in all aspects of HR/IR/ labour laws, Contract Management, Managerial & Executive level placement, Workmen and Supervisory Development Training, legal Audit and Compliance Management. Our principal consultant, Mr. S. Gangadharaiah, is a Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor of Law from Bangalore University with an additional PG qualification in Public Relations from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore. He started his career as Personnel Officer and rose to the rank of ‘Associate Vice President’ (HR & Admn). He worked in M/s KSIC Ltd, M/s KMMC Ltd, M/s Dalmia Cements, M/s Mysore Cements, M/s Bata India, M/s JK Tyres, M/s Federal Mogul, M/s MSPL Ltd and M/s Falcon Tyres, as Human Resource Generalists, heading HR/IR function of independent units of the Companies. He was involved in negotiating and settling Nine Wage Agreements with different Unions in different Companies and handled several strikes, lockout, Go-slow agitations. He has conducted number of training programs both in Kannada & English for Workmen and Supervisors and the Training Programs ‘Joy of Work’ and ‘Role of Supervisors – Whether Union or No Union Company,’ have been acclaimed as best programs and very well received. The other Senior Consultant, Mr. Shivakumar Patil, has 30 years of experience as Human Resource Generalist and he worked in M/s JK Tyres, M/s Eveready Industries and M/s Indus Fila Ltd, in various Senior Managerial Capacities heading HR Departments. He is well versed in preparation and filing of PF & ESI and PT returns, Factory Registration, License Renewals, Approval of Plans, Pollution Control Clearance, Consent Renewals, All matters of labour Office, Directorate of Factories and KSPCB.
