People Pickers

People Pickers is a company with a Social agenda, which aims to tackle and address issues within our local communities related to poverty, unemployment and crime. Our focus will be on minorities, youngsters, single parents, ex-prisoners, ex-service personal and others who are currently struggling within our society. It’s our Mission is to “Bridge the gap to Employment” by guiding and supporting those who were unsuccessful, those who slipped through the net and have been let down by the system, or those who for whatever reason are disenfranchised and marginalised from our society. We aim to “Bridge the gap to Employment” through our training academy, mentorship and support programmes, apprenticeship and internship opportunities, self-employment support and by securing employment opportunities locally and across London. We are different because we understand, and we empathise. We simply believe that we must ‘Be the change we want to see’ and we can do so because we understand the demographics that we’re looking to support. We want to see employment reduced in our local community. We want to give hope and guidance in our own unique way. We believe our communities have "diamonds in the rough" and we want to find them, equip them and place them in long term employment. We are about giving our communities the Recruitment Agency it needs.
