Provide technical expertise and coordination in developing and implementing human resources related projects that meet the organizational needs. Provide comprehensive staffing, recruitment services, consultation to managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, policies, provisions and qualified candidates are available for employers in a timely and efficient manner. Provide HR Management consulting services regarding Job Classification, Preparation of Job Description, Job Analysis to assigned accounts so that effective staffing is maintained, and positions are equitably and properly classified. Development of organization chart for the organization. Conduct Job Evaluations, Job Classification studies, and Advise Management on the job evaluation process. Prepare and implement HR policy across the organization. Develop and deliver human resources-related training including but not limited to New Employee Orientation, Respectful Workplace Training, and Open Enrollment Training. Ensure Leave Management of staff and preparation of their leave salaries. Payroll Management. Prepare a Code of Conduct for the workforce. Ensure Staff Grievance redressal with the formulated stepwise procedure for redressal of the grievance. Performance Management by employee direct rating system and KPI evaluation. Conduct exit interviews for staff and prepare analytical reports based on exit interviews. Interpret provisions of contracts and plans for managers, supervisors, employees.
