We integrate AI companions into mentoring design to act as invisible co-facilitators, capturing insights and providing structure, eliminating administrative burdens. We developed RAIner CareerChat, an AI-powered career dialogue tool that assists professionals in identifying their career development stage through narrative matching in just 5–7 minutes. Programs are designed and delivered by highly experienced coaches and facilitators.
