We specialise in organisation development and change within the social enterprise and international charity sector. We use inclusive and engaging methods which enable large and diverse groups of stakeholders to explore sensitive issues, resolve conflict, address constraints - and build consensus towards practical solutions. Our focus is providing leadership development support to Country Representatives of international charities, complementing that provided by the regional or Head Office. We are particularly interested in undertaking challenging assignments - e.g. where large-scale culture and structural change is needed. We start with an organisational governance, structure and health review to guide the change management process. We use a range of creative tools and methods which are effective surfacing the challenges which often remain hidden. We measure our impact not just on the activities we do but importantly, the outcome we deliver for our clients in terms of impact and change for the world's most vulnerable people.
