After growing up in eastern Iowa and northern Illinois, Dr. Gregory Adamson obtained his college degree at Augustana College in Rock Island. He then studied at Stanford University and obtained a medical degree and completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery. Following this, Dr. and Mrs. Adamson spent one year in New York City where he completed a hand-surgery fellowship at Roosevelt Hospital, CV Starr Hand Surgery Center. The family then moved to Peoria, Illinois, and Dr. Adamson obtained his board certification and practiced for sixteen years. After going back to school and obtaining an MBA at the University of Michigan, he is now practicing at Peoria Hand Surgery.
