Pep - Private Equity Practice

Private Equity Practice is a hands-on, problem-based coursed focused on preparing young professionals to the Private Equity Investment profession. Among other themes, students are trained on real-life financial statement analysis, financial and accounting due-diligence, market due diligence, legal aspects of a Private Equity deal, modeling and ancillary analyses. In addition, students also have contacts with several Private Equity executives, and other relevant stakeholders, such as senior management of invested companies, attorneys, consultants and advisors.
