Pepcap Resources, Inc. is a Canada-based mining and exploration company. The Company operates in the mineral exploration and development segment in three geographic locations: Indonesia, Canada and the Netherlands. The Company holds interest in mining properties in Sumatra, Indonesia through Asia Mining Management B.V. and its subsidiary PT. Krida Darma Andika (Andika). The Company's properties are divided into two coal blocks located in the Napal Putih and Putri Hijau districts of the North Bengkulu Regency of Bengkulu Province, Indonesia. Andika holds three Izin Usaha Pertambangans (IUPs) mining licenses, two being production licenses on approximately 1, 960 hectares and an exploration license on approximately 7, 240 hectares. The Company has not generated any revenue.
