Pepita Dance Association

Pepita is a place where the liveliness of swing dances meets the limitless freedom of jazz music. Here You can learn to dance in a breezy and friendly atmosphere, join the coolest parties and classiest concerts or attend workshops as well as special and unique programmes. Pepita is a community where You can get acquainted with the various dances and styles of the golden age of jazz casually. It is run by passionate dancers, however, it is about much more than solely dancing: our focus is the creation of a sound company that imbues Your everyday life with the atmosphere of the old days and where smartly dressed gentlemen dance Charleston and Swing to the rhythm of hot jazz music under the spell of dames with mesmerising gaze… Pepita is an idea which is simultaneously about oblivious entertainment, humility towards music and dancing and respect towards one another. We believe that a great vibe and a relaxed, easy-going atmosphere are essential for acquiring new experience, let alone learning new skills. Our aim is to make sure You will spend quality time with us because that is what Pepita is all about. Pepita Dance Association is part of the Swinging Europe Network project co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
