Welcome! The Peppercorn Chronicles is a fictional cartoon world under development where Peppy Peppercorn (unofficial mascot of the legal profession, checkout Peppy's LinkedIn acct) and friends, Crum Curmudgeon, Uni Corn, Jo Average, Rebel Corn, and others journey through the law. We know lawyer brains malfunction when faced with something new, silly, and fun, so here are answers to some burning questions you may have: Q. Peppy commented on my post. How do I engage with Peppy! A. Peppy is an over eager green-literally-student of the law, who has lots of questions. Cool fun people choose to engage with Peppy (and our other characters) as if the characters were real life people. Translation, don’t break the third wall! Like and engage directly with Peppy. While Peppy’s questions may be obtuse, there is no mean or negative bone in Peppy’s peppercorn. Peppy is always asking questions or making comments from a place of nonjudgmental curiosity. Peppy, like so many future lawyers, simply wants to learn and there are a lot of things obvious to experienced professionals that are just not obvious to Peppy. Peppy appreciates all the engagement, tips, and cautionaries received from the legal community. Peppy is never attempting to be mean or negative; Now, Crum Curmudgeon, Jo Gunner, and Shark-y, well they are indeed villains at times. Steer clear of those LinkedIn accts. Q.
