We are a boutique consulting & leadership development practice focused on performance, learning & community, continuing the US based work of our founder ( & global Scot!), Rebecca Maxwell in the UK. Through coaching, training & consultancy, we support high performing business, teams or individuals deal with the bumps in the road & curve balls of life, unlocking the true potential in themselves & their teams. We have expertise in strategy, leadership development, effective relationships at work, team dynamics, networking & building positive cultures. We've worked with organisations of all sizes – from solopreneur to large scale agencies across a range of industry sectors – commercial, public sector & not for profit. Our work enables strategy development & supports the transformation of individuals & teams to focus on high performance, effectiveness & productivity. We offer 1-1 or 1-many support, working with an organisation on its strategy, its teams and its key individuals.
