Perceptive Devices Llc
Perceptive Devices LLC provides award winning, patented/patent pending technology for hands-free gesture interaction with diverse computing devices. Its Smyle Mouse software provides hands-free and voice-free computer control to people with disabilities via simple facial gestures captured by a webcam. Perceptive Devices' patented PERCEPT-D™ technology allows controlling computers, tablets, laptops, smartphones, smart TVs, smart glasses, HMDs, HUDs and more, without the use of a mouse, hands, touch or voice. Complete mouse control can be achieved using gentle head motions and facial expressions such as smiles. Perceptive Devices was the winner of Technovation Award at the CE Week 2014, for innovative execution of unique technological ideas. Perceptive Devices also won the RocketCode award at the Cincinnati Innovates 2014 competition. In 2015, we were one of the Finalist for the "Best Device / Best Application Innovation" award by Cincinnati Business Courier. We are also one of the winners of the CEA Foundation's "Technology That Improves Lives" Contest 2015.
