Brenda Perdue helps people develop a heightened awareness of their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through dance fitness and counseling. Brenda Perdue, inspired after winning 1st place in the category of Contemporary World Fusion as MCCLA’s choreographer in 2014 and 2015 decided to start "United Rhythms of San Francisco” in 2016. URSF allows dancers to reconnect and pay homage to indigenous roots while providing a healthy and balanced mental state of mind, uplifting one's inner spirit, and giving strength to be free. Offering opportunities for various forms of movement. The opportunities that I offer for movement are fitness, dance, and performing arts. Specializing in World Rhythms featuring Brazilian, Reggae, Soca, West African, Afro Beats, Latino Rhythms, Hip Hop, Indian, and more. I also offer several different fitness modality approaches to achieve fitness goals such as Zumba fitness, Mixxed Fit, Balance Reform/Bar, BOOTCAMP Classes, Boxing, Cardio Kick, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and further Stretching movements. A focus on Personal Development occurs simultaneously where I support women in business, legal support needs, and education in cooking authentic healing foods, plants, and herbs. Other examples of my work involve building self-esteem and confidence to support individuals in their movement, business, personal lives, and mental well-being. Basically, I provide wraparound services and referrals with the knowledge base and familiarity of being a native San Franciscan and having collaborative ties to the community who provide in their current job and services within San Francisco city agencies.
