Perfect Flow were formed in 2011 by Ian Gilson and have since expanded to include Tracy Hughes as an additional Director. We help our customers to continuously improve, by using a combination of change management skills. We specialise in the Vanguard Method of Systems Thinking, which we combine with Leadership development and other behavioural change techniques to create learning organisations. We all come from a background where we have used Vanguard Method to run our own businesses, so our skills are particularly strong in the practical application of the method. We currently work in Policing, Utilities, Social Housing and Repairs, helping customers innovate and improve in a sustainable way.
