Our mission: At Perfect Keto, our mission is to make the world a better place by helping people reach a state of optimal health. We accomplish this aim through a combination of education and giving people access to real-food nutrition. We choose food as the place to start this conversation because we believe nutrition (aka what you put in your body every single day) has largest lever in your own life and to improve the world. The big problem we’re solving: Next time you’re in a public setting, look around you. The general health of the Western world is not in a great place. 50% of the country is managing a lifelong chronic disease. 1/3 of the country is diabetic or pre-diabetic. 2/3 of the country takes a prescription drug that is intended for lifelong use. The downward spiral of physical health is not only leading to pain and suffering of an individual, it harms society as a whole. It leads to the lack of contribution from individuals on a mass scale. It leads to mental illness. It leads to national existential threat due to increased health care costs that could be spent on any other public service. You can make an argument that any problem you want to solve in the world would be more solvable if more people had optimal health. But what is the cause of most health problems? Simple: our food. Or, what I like to call “not-food.” Food are things that grow and spoil, and not-food is all the other stuff. Do pizzas and milkshakes “grow?” No. They don’t. Refined grains, refined oils, and sugar in particular are causing most of this health epidemic. This is where Perfect Keto comes in. Our mission is to help reverse this trend of negative physical health by improving education and access to healthy food, using a ketogenic diet.
