It's pretty awesome when you get to do what you love for a living! Real Estate is so much fun for me that it's hard to even call it a job! My first four years in residential real estate was with Coldwell Banker United. At CBU, I earned Rookie of the Year in my 1st year, Top Overall Agent in years 2 & 3, and Top Sales, Top Listings and Top Overall Agent my 4th year with Coldwell Banker. In 2010, my brother John Pizzitola and I decided to venture out and start our own real estate company, Perfect Tree Realty. That decision turned out to be a game changer! We have been blessed to have had enormous success and each year just gets better and better! It's been a pleasure and an honor to be able to help family, friends and their referrals for so many years. with their real estate needs. Prior to going into real estate, I was an elementary school teacher for 21 years. I really hoped that I would have the same opportunities to help others as I was able to do for so many children when I was in education. Turns out that I have been given numerous opportunities to do just that, and in ways that I never dreamed of! In addition, my background in education gave me the strong organization and negotiation skills that proved to come in very handy. Additionally, I am well aware of the strengths of the Austin and surrounding school districts and can advise buyers about specific schools in the various neighborhoods. I also owned and operated my own jewelry business for 10 years, giving me a unique ability to understand people’s needs and find the perfect solution at a fair price.
