Using these insights to drive specific development plans for the organisations in demand forecasting and supply chain optimisation. • Implemented sales forecast modelling toolkits to assist statistical generation of demand forecasts and working with the client to focus more on forecast value-add principles to improve accuracy. • Performed logistics network optimisation analyses at a country and regional level to improve delivery response time to customer from 48 to 24 hours as standard, or decreasing overall inventory holding by 17%, based on the requirement of the business.
