Of course, many things have changed over the past years: new divisions and activities have sprung to life, our staff headcount - in sync with the expansion of our activities - has kept growing; and we have also built a new office. However, our dedication to our core values has not changed one bit and we wish to keep it that way in the future, too. By today, we have become a mature consulting company with a wide range of activities. We now are ’traditionally’ present in the field of executive search with our PerforMAN Quality Executive Search division, which has placed more than 200 professionals in corporate middle and seniormanagement positions, mostly with multinational companies. In the area of specialist and key staff search, our Talent Selection division has helped us place over 150 professionals in key positions. During the training sessions of our DevelopMEN Quality Consulting and Training division, we have performed the management and competency development of more than employees. Our corporate system development, on-site consulting, coaching and outplacement projects have provided support for the daily success of more than people.
