Performance Training Services (PTS) was developed in 2007 and has emerged as a leader in providing athletic conditioning and athlete development services. Specializing in sport-specific athletic training, PTS sport conditioning coaches develop programs and materials specific to the needs of our clients. Structured within consultant model, PTS works directly with our clients; we develop the programs, and we come to the athlete, team or group, to your practice field, or to your home training facility. We distribute our training materials directly, either in person, or through one of our many integrated social media platforms. PTS has developed itself as a leader in providing athletic conditioning resources, and works with competitive and recreational active athletes in the greater Toronto area, Canada, and internationally.
