Performance Warehouse Association (PWA) is a nonprofit organization of specialty automotive parts distributors joined together to deal with management, financial and legislative matters. Founded in 1970, PWA's mission is to assist the specialty automotive industry in efforts to expand, maintain and promote the profitable distribution of specialty automotive products through the manufacturer / distributor / retailer / consumer channel. Annually, the association hosts the PWA Conference; 43rd Conference is September 11-14, 2016. This is an exclusive opportunity for manufacturers and distributors to meet in a private, businesslike environment to discuss sales and marketing policies and programs.( PWA publishes, NEWSLINE, a bi-monthly newsletter to distribute information on industry events and trends. PWA/PAR newsletter reaches approximately high performance retailers along with active and supporting members. PWA hosts AutoParts-Connection.com, a “buy local” dealer locator for consumers, on several manufacturers’ websites. Consumers can find manufacturer rebates, new product announcements, and technical information.
