The members of the law firm previously practices law together for over a decade in affiliation with a Scandinavian-based law group. The firm focuses on business and commercial matters. We also routinely handle severance matters for both employers and employees arising from mergers and other voluntary or involuntary terminations of employment. Intellectual Property We assist our clients in protecting and maximizing their intellectual property. In addition, we assist clients with trademarks and copyrights. We represent a large number of companies for which their intellectual property is their primary or significant asset and assist with licensing that asset or obtaining appropriate licensing rights. Corporate/Dispute Resolution The firm efficiently handles the corporate formation process while ensuring clients understand the obligations arising from forming and owning a business. We are experienced in the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships, including the preparation of documents that determine corporate structure, shareholder or LLC member rights and officer and director matters. We are well-equipped to advise our clients on the array of corporate governance issues and disputes that may arise during the conduct of business.
