Peridot Group has its roots in the IT industry. Founded in as the owner of IT and management consultancy company Nethouse, a company that in 2005 was named the Super Gazelle and the fastest growing business in Sweden by newspaper Dagens Industri. Peridot Group has since founded several IT companies, including Precio Systemutveckling AB (publ), whose shares are traded on OMX First North, and franchise chain IT-Hantverkarna, today a part of the Dustin Group. Today, Peridot Group business is to act as a holding company for a group of IT companies and working with investment in other types of businesses, with both national and international operations. Peridot Group is acting as a professional, active and responsible owner and have a strong commitment on the shareholder and board level in several of its invested companies' operations. Peridot Group works for instance with corporate governance, management issues, business development, corporate finance and corporate cultural issues.
