Peritus was founded in 2014 by Leif Andre Skare to offer specialist advice to companies in the upstream services and technology space. Leif Andre Skare is former Senior Partner at Energy Ventures, and with nearly 20 years of diverse business experience including almost 10 years as an investment executive and board member within private equity / venture capital in the oil and gas industry. Skare joined the Energy Ventures team before the first fund was established, and has a proven track record of identifying opportunities, developing companies and technologies to create equity value. Skare is experienced and adept at managing complex, cross boarder and cross cultural deals and negotiations, and has a strong global network within the energy and private equity industries, with recent time spent extensively in the USA and Brazil. Peritus offers hands on advice is offered based on integrity, intuition, intellect and experience.
