Our mission at Perkins Williamson Associates (PWA) is to help organizations of all sizes and types maximize their likelihood of success, particularly as we enter the 4th Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0. This new 4th Industrial Revolution is quite different from the three previous Industrial Revolutions—steam and water power, electricity and assembly lines, and computerization—because it challenges our ideas regarding how work gets done, how we lead and manage people, and even what it means to be human. It requires our adaptation to a more digital-technical workplace by learning new business, leadership and functional skills. Some organizations may find themselves left behind in the wake of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Our goal is to help ensure our clients thrive in this new workspace and marketplace.
