Most fashion make-up house who employ counter staff would require a recognized independent qualification to show that the employee has the basic level of understanding in hygiene, application and client care. Any professional who wishes to receive insurance for public liability or against loss or damage to equipment such as your make-up kit through BABTAC you must hold a recognized qualification through an independent awarding body.
