Flow coating provides a replacement finish for radiators that is equivalent to a factory-applied immersion finish, however it is done on-site in substations, without dismantling the equipment, and with little or no disruption of service. By flooding the surfaces of radiator tubes with liquid paint, flow coating provides complete coverage of the total surface area, including penetration into the confined spaces between the tubes, and the joints and crevices deep within radiator banks that are not accessible by any other painting method. Flow coating guarantees maximum service life by providing maximum corrosion protection in the areas that are particularly vulnerable to corrosion damage, where corrosion causes perforations and oil leakage, resulting in shut-downs and environmental contamination.
