Perrys Field to Fork Artisan Butchery and Cookery School team building events specialise in heritage and artisan food preparation to create exceptional corporate team building experiences. Our professional team building courses take food theory and turn it into practice. Our cookery team building days start with refreshments and a brief introduction from Countryside Alliance British Champion Master Butcher, Stephen Hill, explaining how the produce you'll work with is reared from farms within a 5-mile radius of the School. The day is punctuated with demonstrations while food is prepared and cooked by your team either in pairs or as a group. Our "Field to Fork signature" team building event days change with the seasons. Choose from food themes such as from butchery, baking and bread-making, chocolate and patisserie, BBQ and beer tasting and exciting authentic menus reflecting world cultures. We cater for specific diets too. Each team building course provides an inspiring way to bring your team together. Whether it’s a newly formed team or a celebration of achievement, whatever your focus we’ll work with you to create the right activities to deliver a memorable event. A fine lunch - prepared by your team - is included and each delegate will also prepare food to take away and enjoy at home. Perrys Field to Fork is situated in the historic market town of Eccleshall, in the heart of rural Staffordshire. Eccleshall is well served by a range of traditional inns, bars, restaurants and shopping, with overnight accommodation - both traditional country and boutique style. The School is easily accessed from all major routes.
